Welcome to Dalvoy. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Dalvoy website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers connected to the Service
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dalvoy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Dalvoy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any media.
Subscription & Payments
- Dalvoy offers both free and premium subscription plans for enhanced access to features.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
- Subscription details, including billing cycles, auto-renewal terms, and pricing, are displayed at the point of purchase.
- Dalvoy reserves the right to adjust pricing for premium services, with changes taking effect upon your next renewal. You will be notified of price changes in advance.
For iOS App Store subscribers
- Payment for premium subscriptions is processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge the applicable subscription fee to your Apple ID account on a recurring basis.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Account Settings → Subscriptions.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
- Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal.
Service Usage
Our service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dalvoy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
