Who we are

We're a team of IIT Delhi alumni building Dalvoy AI, the only platform an aspirant needs to crack any government exam in India.

Within just a few months of launch, 1 in every 5 UPSC aspirants is already using Dalvoy for their preparation. We've raised our seed round from leading venture capital firms in India and are now building the team for our next stage of growth.

We're looking for exceptional people to join us early, take real ownership and help build India's best test-prep platform.

The opportunity

Shape Dalvoy's product journey and turn customer insight into measurable growth. Own the roadmap, from deciding what to build to improving activation, engagement, paid conversion and retention after launch.

What you'll own

Run user research, customer interviews, surveys and usability tests to identify problems and opportunities.

Own roadmap prioritization by user value, business impact and effort. Translate ideas into product requirements (PRDs) and prototypes.

Design and run A/B tests and product experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails and timelines. Decide what to scale, improve or stop.

Drive features from discovery through user acceptance testing (UAT) and launch, then own adoption, maintenance and iteration.

Use funnel analysis and cohort analysis to improve onboarding, activation, engagement, paid conversion and retention.

Own product analytics and event tracking. Automate research, feedback analysis and experiment reporting.

What you bring

Experience owning consumer products or features with measurable business impact.

Strong product judgment and analytical reasoning; ability to distinguish meaningful results from misleading metrics.

Ability to turn an ambiguous problem into a clear plan and drive it to release. Experience with consumer subscriptions or education products is a plus.

AI fluency

Hands-on experience with Claude, Codex or comparable tools to automate workflows, check outputs and improve efficiency is required.
